The idea
Puglia Armchair
Puglia's shell is pressed from layered beech veneer in a single continuous curve, then wrapped in a heavy slubbed linen woven near Lecce. It is an armchair with the posture of sculpture and the manners of a daybed.
Materials
What it's made of
Moulded beech shell. Slubbed linen. HR foam. Every material is chosen to age visibly and well — patina is part of the design, not a defect of it.
