The idea
Terra Dining Table
Terra pairs two materials that age in opposite directions: stone that stays and oak that warms. The unfilled travertine column is quarried in Tivoli; the 4 cm oak top is bevelled underneath so it reads as a thin plane.
Materials
What it's made of
Roman travertine. Solid oak, 40 mm. Hard-wax oil. Every material is chosen to age visibly and well — patina is part of the design, not a defect of it.
