Because they don't exist yet. Made-to-order pieces are built after you order them — the frame is joined, the fabric is woven, the stone is cut. The wait is the point: nothing sits in a warehouse losing relevance.

You have 30 days from delivery, even on made-to-order pieces. Returned items are refurbished in the original workshop and sold through our Antwerp showroom at a reduced price — never landfilled.

Yes — UK, Switzerland, Norway and Ukraine at cost-calculated rates shown at checkout. Duties are prepaid, so the price you see is final.

Two people carry the piece to the room of your choice, assemble it if needed, and remove every scrap of packaging. For sofas, tables and shelving we strongly recommend it.

Structure: frames, joints, mechanisms and finishes under normal domestic use. It doesn't cover fabric wear or the patina that materials are designed to develop — that part is a feature.
